All plants will be packed with love & care, We are not responsible for any USPS delays, damages, stolen, weather related damages or lost packages- if you have any troubles with your order being lost or damaged, you’ll be able to file a claim with USPS. ~ Please understand Beleaf and grow will not be held responsible for damages to plants resulting from shipping delays. Please Utilize the insurance that comes with priority shipping for these issues.
We have a wide variety of succulents and cacti and each one will be hand picked to ensure you receive our healthiest plants.
If your plant arrives not looking so good, you must message us with photos within 24 hours of delivery. After that we are not responsible for any damage.
